Okra started out in Beijing, and after enjoying years of success, Levy upped and
moved to Hong Kong for his biggest project yet. His team works with trusted
providers to bring the best natural and unpasteurized sakes to Hong Kong, carefully
matching them with unique dishes, such as crispy brussel sprouts with home-made
XO sauce.
